How YTC Healthcare Grew Into Two Services

YTC Healthcare has more than ten years of experience in healthcare staffing. We began by placing nurses, personal support workers and physicians with facilities in Ontario and Quebec.

YTC Healthcare expanded its services to include medical billing and revenue cycle management. It runs from our Philadelphia and Mississauga offices, and covers United States payers alongside Canadian provincial plans including OHIP.

Both services sit under one licensed company. A client can engage either on its own, and many use both.

YTC Healthcare manages the billing process from end to end for practices, clinics and hospitals. A client can hand over the whole function or a single stage of it.

Eligibility and Benefits Verification We confirm coverage, benefits and authorization requirements before claims are submitted.
Medical Coding Our coders apply ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes according to the documentation and the payer’s requirements.
Claims Submission Our billing team prepares and submits claims, then monitors them through payer processing.
Payment Posting We post payments and identify differences between expected and actual reimbursement.
Denial Management We review denied claims, identify the cause, make the necessary corrections, and manage follow-up with the payer.
